Overall, it's nice base for exploring Cedar Rapids attractions. Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with An REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE, a handicapped bathroom and MICROWAVE. The price is US $ 50. Considering other options in Cedar Rapids this one is good value.
The bathrooms are dirty.

Comfortable Beds, Some Room for Improvement
I appreciated the comfortable bed , made for a restful night. The cleanliness of the common areas and the exterior could use more attention. For a nice meal, nearby dining options are convenient. A little maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

The staff was very pleasant and it was clean and quiet.
no tissues in the room and the TV was really small. But we weren't there to watch TV!
